Product Description

The Rose Tree Seat is a circular, slatted steel bench designed to celebrate planting as both structure and spectacle. At its centre, a rose is planted and trained upward through a vertical column, eventually spilling out across a decorative dome to form a canopy of seasonal blooms and fragrance.

Originally conceived as a bespoke piece by garden designer Geoffrey Cridland, the seat was created as a focal point within a low-walled courtyard. By elevating the planting, the design encourages the rose to rise and envelop the structure over time—transforming the seat into an immersive, living dome of scented blossoms. A place to sit, pause, and be surrounded by the garden itself.

The Rose tree seat takes many hours of crafting, using hand forming , jig work and forging. All crafted from mild steel which is then hot dip galvanised. once the Antique etch finish is applied the seat will last many years.
